The order can be cancelled within 2 business days ONLY if it has not been dispatched.

In case you have received a wrong product, or defect product, or you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product to us and write to our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Shipping the goods back to our address is the sole responsibility of the customer. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by us to the extent the customer was charged while shipping the goods to the customer.
Kindly make sure, when returning the goods it should be returned in the original condition they were received in, with all accompanying accessories and in the original packaging.

The customer is eligible for refund if both the below conditions are fulfilled.
Refund is not applicable on goods damaged in transit.
The refund will be processed within 10 to 15 business days from the date of receipt of goods at our address.
The refund amount can either be adjusted against future purchase or it can be deposited in the customer's bank account, it is the customer's choice. Customer should inform us by email at email@example.com if they want the refund to be deposited in their bank account or else it will be adjusted against future purchase.
